Photo USA's state-of-the-art Orca DTF® DTF printers have been engineered to deliver the highest level of DTF printing. This D420 DTF printing system includes a DTF printer and a powder shaker & dryer machine that has a built-in air purifier. It adopts the most advanced technologies, including adjustment-free print head installation, tension bar film feeding system, double rows heating lamps, automatic print head moisturizing system, as well as the printing platform backlight. In addition, this DTF printer is also made with an auxiliary white ink stirring device on which you can put a bottle of white ink for automatic stirring at any time. The newly-designed stirring device will effectively prevent pigment sedimentation, so as to prevent the print heads from clogging. Therefore, it will largely increase the service life of the print heads.
ADJUSTMENT-FREE PRINT HEAD INSTALLATION
The printer of the D420 DTF printing system features a newly-designed print head component that doesn't require adjustment to the print heads when installing them. One you put the print head at the position, it will easily nest in the base in place.
ELECTRIC PINCH ROLLER CONTROL SYSTEM
With the electric pinch roller control system, the film will be evenly stressed and fed more accurately. Just a single touch of the button will make it work.
TENSION BAR FILM FEEDING SYSTEM
The intelligent tension bar film feeding system can add a proper tension to the film while being fed. So it will make the film much flatter and smoother, achieving more accurate and stable printing.
DOUBLE ROWS OF HEATING LAMPS
The powder shaker of the D420 DTF printing system includes double rows of heating lamps. The upper and lower double rows of high-efficiency heating lamps, combined with a unique intelligent heating system, will save 30% of power consumption.
PRINTING PLATFORM BACKLIGHT
The DTF printer is designed with a backlight under the printing platform, which allows you to check the printing effect easily and immediately so you can get better printing results.
AUTOMATIC PRINT HEAD MOISTURIZING SYSTEM
The automatic print head moisturizing system can spray moisturizing liquid at regular intervals automatically to keep the print heads moist and clean, so as to prevent the ink from clogging the print heads.
WHITE INK STIRRING DEVICE
Additionally, the D420 DTF printing system is also made with an auxiliary white ink stirring device on which you can put a bottle of white ink for automatic stirring at any time. The stirring device will effectively prevent pigment sedimentation, so as to prevent the print heads from clogging.
